Content Policy

This Content Policy sets the content and conduct rules for using pixelto.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to prompts, reference images, editing requests, generated Output, metadata, account activity, and all other use of the Service.

2. Basic Requirements

You must use the Service lawfully, have the rights and consents needed for your Input, and review Output before sharing or publishing it. The Service is for users who are at least 18 years old; this does not permit adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.

You are solely responsible for Input, Output, and their subsequent use. Input and Output do not represent Pixelto's position, approval, or guarantee. The availability, generation, failure to block, or failure to remove content is not permission or approval from Pixelto.

3. Sexual and Exploitative Content

You may not use the Service to create, request, edit, generate, distribute, sell, or facilitate:

  1. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content intended for sexual gratification.
  2. Child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, or sexual content involving minors or people of uncertain age.
  3. Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, sexual exploitation, coercive sexual content, or content created or shared without required consent.
  4. Sexual deepfakes, nudity, or sexually explicit edits involving a real person.
  5. Human trafficking, grooming, exploitation, or coercive services.

4. Real People, Privacy, and Sensitive Information

You may not:

  1. Create or distribute face swaps, digital replicas, misleading impersonations, or other content involving a real person's likeness without the required rights, authorization, and consent.
  2. Use the Service to identify, track, or confirm a person's identity, or infer sensitive or private information about a person.
  3. Disclose, collect, or distribute another person's personal information, private material, likeness, voice, or other protected information.
  4. Harass, threaten, defame, blackmail, stalk, dox, or target protected groups with hateful or degrading content.

5. Illegal, Harmful, and Deceptive Activity

You may not use the Service to carry out, promote, or facilitate:

  1. Fraud, phishing, scams, malware, deceptive commercial practices, or attempts to bypass platform safety controls.
  2. Terrorism, extremism, severe violence, torture, dismemberment, or content that encourages serious physical harm.
  3. Operational guidance for crime, abuse, or other illegal activity.
  4. Unauthorized use, misappropriation, or infringement of another person's intellectual property, trademarks, confidential information, or other rights.
  5. Impersonation of a person, organization, news source, government body, or candidate, or content likely to mislead others into believing it is real, official, or made by a particular person.
  6. Decisions about a person, or assistance with decisions about a person, that have legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, educational-admission, or other material effects.

6. Intellectual Property and Publication

Before submitting Input, you must obtain the necessary rights, licenses, and consents. Before publishing or commercially using Output, you must complete any necessary factual, rights, and suitability review. You may not use the Service to evade copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or other rights.

If applicable law, platform rules, or a particular publication context requires disclosure that content was AI-generated or AI-edited, you are responsible for making that disclosure. Pixelto does not guarantee that Output is registrable, exclusive, commercially usable, or non-infringing.

7. Safety Controls and Their Limits

We may use automated review, manual review, model-provider safety settings, model restrictions, and other technical or operational measures to limit prompts, uploaded content, Output, accounts, models, or product flows that violate this Policy.

These controls are intended to reduce misuse, but cannot identify every prohibited request or Output. Except where required by applicable law, we have no duty to continuously pre-screen, monitor, or verify all content. A failure to block, remove, or act on content does not mean Pixelto knew of, approved, or permitted it. You remain responsible for your Input, Output, and subsequent use, and must comply with applicable law, third-party platform rules, and publication requirements.

8. Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary, we may take action without prior notice, including:

  1. Blocking or limiting prompts, uploaded content, or Output.
  2. Removing content or disabling access to it.
  3. Restricting, suspending, or terminating an account, session, or Service access.
  4. Preserving necessary records and cooperating with authorized authorities or rights holders when required by law or necessary to protect the Service and others.

Whether and when we take an enforcement action does not limit our right to take further action under this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

9. Reporting and Review

To report content or conduct that may violate this Policy, including serious safety concerns, impersonation, or infringement of your rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Content Policy Report." Please provide, where available, relevant account or generation information, links, dates, a description of the content or conduct, the policy concern, information about the rights or authorization you claim, and supporting evidence. Do not send unlawful content unless it is necessary to identify the reported material.

We assess reports based on the information reasonably available and the apparent severity and risk, and may ask for additional information. If we determine that this Policy was violated, we may take proportionate action described in Section 8. We may preserve relevant records or report a matter to appropriate authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or others.

Report information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond to the report. We do not guarantee that a report will lead to a particular action and may be unable to share an outcome because of privacy, security, legal, or operational limits. Knowingly false, misleading, or abusive reports may themselves violate this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date on this page. An updated version takes effect when posted unless stated otherwise.
