Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Content Policy describes the rules for using pixelto.com and related services (the "Service"). It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to prompts, reference images, edits, generated outputs, metadata, account activity, and any other use of the Service.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, request, edit, generate, distribute, sell, or facilitate content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, or harmful, including:
- Pornographic content, sexually explicit content, or adult content intended for sexual gratification.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, or content that depicts or promotes sexual activity involving minors or age-ambiguous persons.

- Real-person sexual deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or explicit content involving a real identifiable person without lawful rights and consent.
- Content that facilitates human trafficking, sexual services involving coercion, grooming, or exploitation.
- Extreme graphic violence, torture, dismemberment, or content intended to celebrate or encourage serious physical harm.
- Terrorist, extremist, or criminal instructional content, including material intended to facilitate violence, abuse, or illegal activity.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, blackmail, hate content, or content targeting protected groups with abuse or degradation.
- Infringing, stolen, or unauthorized use of intellectual property, personal data, likeness, voice, or other rights.
- Malware, fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive commercial practices, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
3. Content Safety Controls
We may use content safety controls to block or limit prohibited prompts, edits, generated outputs, accounts, models, providers, or product flows. These controls may include automated review, manual review, provider-side safety settings, model restrictions, and other technical or operational safeguards.
Content safety controls are intended to reduce misuse, but they may not detect every prohibited request or output. You remain responsible for complying with this Policy, applicable law, third-party platform rules, and your own distribution requirements.
4. Provider and Model Limitations
Some models are provided by official providers, third-party providers, or open-source communities. Model and provider safety capabilities may vary. We may disable, restrict, or change access to models or providers at any time for content safety, legal compliance, operational, or security reasons. We do not guarantee that automated systems will detect every prohibited or sensitive request or output.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate potential violations and may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary, including:
- Blocking or limiting prompts, edits, or outputs.
- Removing or disabling access to content.
- Restricting models, providers, product flows, accounts, sessions, or access.
- Suspending or terminating accounts.
- Preserving records and cooperating with law enforcement, regulators, rights holders, or other authorized parties where required.
6. Reporting

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless stated otherwise.
