Content Safety Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Pixelto is designed for lawful and responsible image generation and editing.
This policy defines prohibited categories, restricted scenarios, and enforcement actions.

Prohibited content

You may not use Pixelto to generate or edit content that:

  • violates applicable law;
  • promotes violence, abuse, or exploitation;
  • impersonates real people for deception or fraud;
  • infringes third-party rights without authorization;
  • contains prohibited explicit sexual content.

Restricted scenarios

Some requests are not always prohibited but require strict boundaries:

  • edits involving real-person identity;
  • claims that can mislead consumers;
  • branded materials without clear usage rights.

If intent is unclear, we may block the request or require revision.

Commercial usage boundaries

Commercial usage is allowed only when your source assets and outputs comply with law and third-party rights. You remain responsible for legal review and final publishing decisions.

Enforcement

We may take one or more actions when violations are detected:

  • reject or block generation requests;
  • remove generated assets;
  • suspend or terminate access for repeated abuse.
